Thank you for your interest in our cause! There are several ways to be involved in Mountains for Miracles. Above all, we are seeking dedicated individuals with big hearts and a spirit for adventure to join us on our first climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro this June. Those who join our fundraising and climbing team will be given a series of tools to help them in meeting their goals. Firstgiving: Through our partnership with First Giving, members of the team will be given their own fundraising webpage. Through your personal page, you can provide updates to your friends and family on your training schedule, the progress of the fundraising mission, and other news about your journey to the peak of Kilimanjaro! The MFM team: Our team, trained in fundraising for non-profits at the Harvard Business School and John F. Kennedy School of Government will provide resources, support, and ideas for our team members to help their fundraising efforts, in addition to working to create media attention for our organization and cause. You will have our full, enthusiastic support! If you can't make the climb, or aren't sure yet, but still want to help a terrific cause, there are many things you can do to help! Tell all your friends! Word of mouth means a great deal to an organization like ours. So, if you know someone who would be interested in hearing about what we are doing, or who might want to participate as a fundraiser or a climber, please, tell them about us! Fundraise! just because you won't be making the climb yourself doesn't mean that you can't get your friends at the office or your neighbors excited about doing a good deed! Corporate sponsorships are an essential component of any successful fundrasing effort.
