Who are we?
Mountains for Miracles is a registered 501(c)(3) organization devoted to raising capital and awareness for innovative pediatric oncology research at Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through the pursuit of epic mountaineering and trekking endeavors. Mountains for Miracles provides public climbers with the opportunity to join grand mountaineering expeditions and adventure treks around the world while assisting in the fight against cancer through raising funds from within respective networks of friends and family.
What do we do?
Mountains for Miracles offers public climbers the once in a lifetime chance to combine epic mountaineering adventures, such as our first climb of Mount Kilimanjaro, with the quest to discover cures for childhood cancer. Climbers sign on to special climbs with the organization, and then fundraise while training for the climb in order to make a donation to Dana Farber and the Jimmy Fund.
How can I get involved?
There are many ways to become involved. You can always donate directly to the organization, or become a friend of the organization to receive updates on our progress. Most importantly, you can contact us and become part of our expeditionary team. By climbing for the cure with us, you can take part in a once in a lifetime adventure, while assisting Mountains for Miracles in raising desperately needed capital and awareness for the fight against childhood cancer.
